In order to get MLS access in a state you don’t live or work in, you need to be licensed there and join and pay dues to the local association. Unfortunately, I think you would need to reach out to each association in the areas you want to work to see what their policies are. For example you may be able to have access yourself, but not offer that access to agents who are associated with your brokerage.
Sorry if that’s not the direct answer you were looking for, but the last thing I would want to do is give you the wrong advice. A lot of grey areas here.
