I had Ooma for a couple of years. Once we switch to the business side the service was brought to our attention it was becoming bad (We had customer telling us they where calling and NOT getting through). We own a HVAC business and in our busiest time we were losing thousands of dollars of business and LONG TIME CUSTOMERS because we were not getting our calls. They thought we were closed down. So many customers were calling my competition. Because of that the lost of thousands of dollars goes on, not just that one time. Now 2 months after cancellation we are still being charged and claim they gave my number to me which I had since 2007. This is a poor way to do business and WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD!Don HorenzyPS Good luck on anyone trying to cancel!I also have the recorded phone conversation with Ooma (with my new VOIP service).
