What does the company do well?
I would only hesitate to recommend LiquidWeb to a colleague because I don't want them to learn my secret! I started my small web design firm using "cheap hosting", the "unlimited everything for a low price", guys. I had to deal with server issues every single day. Now with LiquidWeb, I can actually sleep at night. You may pay a bit more but you gain peace of mind, knowing they have your back. I can chat with a tech in minutes - not hours or days and it is almost always resolved instantly. I've found my hosting company and I'm not going back.
What does the company not do well?
LiquidWeb is HORRIBLE at providing lousy support. They suck at providing an inferior product. If you need to wait days or weeks before you get an answer on a trouble ticket, you're out of luck. If you need help learning a foreign language - they suck at that too. All they can speak is English (I'm sure they're bilingual as well, but I've always gotten an American).
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I'm racking my brain here . . . and I'm drawing a blank. The only thing I wish I had known is I wish I had known them before I got a head full of gray hairs with the "other guys". Customer service, support and product offerings are all top notch.
