What does the company do well?
I am very likely to recommend Bronto to someone else. Their software is very easy to learn and Bronto's customer service is extremely helpful, available, and educating. The reporting is easy and helpful. Their email tools make creating emails very easy, dynamic, and can connect using their API in many different platforms easily. Their funnels for customers is very easy to setup and has a lot of options available. Since working with Bronto in 2012, I have recommended no other email service!
What does the company not do well?
Bronto's OTHER offerings could use some extra options, for example, their popup you can use to embed on your website suffers from some options. In their main product, in their email service, I would say they do a really good job at their main offering and have no other needs.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I wish I had known how available their customer service was, I would have switched to using them much sooner!
