What does the company do well? Not a bad value for the money overall, especially when getting started. Without there being an issue, the system is easy to use and good views and reporting for both employer and employees.
What does the company not do well? Customer support is super lacking. We ended up with a pretty big issue and support was non-responsive. We finally got it corrected and as long as there's no issue you'll be fine.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Just that they really don't monitor things super close and you can't trust them to catch things. Dot your i's and cross your t's!
