What does the company do well?
It has a multitude of reports that are very helpful with inventory control and projections for buying or reordering.
What does the company not do well?
They are very poor with follow up. Every time I've had a question and needed a call back, or something fixed, I have to initiate the follow up or it doesn't get done - it's like having to manage another employee, and at times is time consuming and expensive.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
How much time it would take to manage the system.
