What does the company do well?
It's got a lot of features and does everything a little bit. Kind of a jack of all trades and master of none.
What does the company not do well?
Their UI is set and inflexible. If you've been in the business a while you probably do things a specific way that you are used to and familiar with, TP wants you to do things their way and integrate yourself into their system, I think a CRM should be flexible enough to work how I want it to work, TP does not agree. It also feels outdated and under-updated. Reminds me of Windows XP.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
They like to lock you into a 1 yr agreement and it takes a while to get integrated in and decide if you like it or not. A good service shouldn't lock you in and should allow you to come and go as you please. Also, every time you ask them for a feature or solution, they "send it to the developers" to see if they'll build a solution into the system which is kind of a black hole.
