What does the company do well? Activity management is great for contract to close plans. Contacts are linked to each activity/listing so we can go back to see what other transactions we've worked with a lender/agent.
What does the company not do well? In the last 3 years, the updates have been un-noticeable and irrelevant. They are being left behind by other, more advanced CRM's.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? This does not apply to me as the software was in place by the team I work with.
