What does the company do well?
They earnestly listen to the needs of their customers and are ever evolving rapidly to meet those needs. I've been a user for almost 9 years and I've seen constant change for the better.
What does the company not do well?
Customization. Closed API.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Nothing. We did tons of research and have never second guessed that decision. In fact, my company is the 3rd where I've implemented Appfolio.
