What does the company do well?
BrightEdge's UI is generally very good, making it easy to understand how your domain(s) perform on their own and relative to competitors. The Data Cube is particularly valuable for comparing yourself versus your competitors and for identifying potential content gaps. BrightEdge also provides excellent customer service, in my experience as a medium-to-large customer.
What does the company not do well?
I think that the automated recommendations from BrightEdge aren't valuable, which isn't an indictment on BrightEdge so much because I'm not convinced that it's possible for AI to create good recommendations except for the most obvious (e.g., missing title tags).
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I suspect that BrightEdge is relatively expensive, but as a larger corporation, that isn't a deal-breaker.
