What does the company do well? I haven’t looked back since using Versum. The software is incredibly easy to use and understand, with the Versum team being on hand to offer assistance on the phone or via their user friendly blogs when reauired.
The online booking system is also a great feature, this allows for bookings to be processed when I am in treatment (particularly helpful as I work alone).
My diary is clear and well spaced, having the option to set it up in the time slots you prefer to work in without any hassle at all.
I have also found the gift voucher feature brilliant, having individual codes linked to vouchers at random is a brilliant addition.
I’ve also had a lot of feedback from clients expressing that the email and text reminders which are automatically sent prior and post treatment are incredibly helpful, this also leaves opportunities for clients to write reviews that can be posted on web pages.
What does the company not do well? I would love to see appointments within the diary being colour coded, at the minute every appointment shows up in one colour, having different colours to coordinate the diary makes use easier.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I knew Versum existed, I had been paying more for a different software package which worked nowhere near as efficiently as Versum.
I wish I had known that there is no way of colour coding the diary to my knowledge currently, but it’s such a minor thing when you get everything else for £19 a month.
