What does the company do well? We have been using Rentec Direct for 5 years and have been very happy with the service. Simple to use, yet powerful, easy to use owner portal, and the ability to send work orders to our vendors and owners are quick and easy. We also like the Easy Pay system that is automatic for tenants with only 2 days to process. Great customer service!
What does the company not do well? Would like to see the ability to turn on/off more settings on the tenant's portal so tenants do not have as much control of turning off easy pay/etc. and for us to have the ability to modify the auto emails from tenant payments, etc. These are minor and Rentec is constantly improving their service.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Can't think of anything
