What does the company do well?
BrightEdge helps our Marketing team keep better tracking of our SEO efforts. We monitor existing rankings and use recommendations to improve each page in order to rank as well as we can. We also use DataCube to identify new keywords to use in the new content we create such as Blogs or White Papers. One of the best things BrightEdge does, is stay in constant contact with us. Our customer account management team has a call with us every few weeks to go over our account and help with anything we need. They continually add to the product and have great people working for them.
What does the company not do well?
We find that sometimes there are things with BE that we don't understand or don't make sense. I think more time spent on UI/UX will help with that.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Nothing. We are satisfied with BrightEWdge and plan to continue using them long-term, in-fact, we just resigned for another 2-years.
