What does the company do well? Very friendly when you are able to get a hold of them. They do respond to help tickets via email very fast which is nice but at times it does not solve the issue and would be much easier to just be able to call someone.
What does the company not do well? We hire a lot of seasonal workers each year. We have expressed our need for an easier way to process "re-hires" but so far any changes made towards making it easier for re-hires has not helped my company's situation.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? We were told after our 3rd year that the re-hire process would be considered, so far we have not seen any helpful changes with that.
