What does the company do well?
The best thing about Adobe Illustrator is that it helps us create beautiful graphics that support our marketing goals. Most of the items that I designed on Illustrator have been for marketing events and campaigns. Anything with any dimensions from Google Ads to Billboards can be created with Adobe Illustrator.
What does the company not do well?
I wish there were more resources for help after purchasing Adobe for a business. There are several tutorials for individuals, but it’s much harder to train on Adobe Illustrator when you’ve just ordered it for a marketing team of 26. I wish Adobe offered more help when the platform is purchased for a team. We really struggled to get everyone up and running using Illustrator.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I wish I’d known that Photoshop was better for graphics being used on a website. I use Illustrator often for web graphics, but I was recently told by a digital designer on my team that Photoshop was better because it automatically compresses the file size without sacrificing quality so, the webpage your designs are posted on will load much faster. We’re now paying for both and I may have gotten Photoshop alone if I’d known this prior to purchasing.
