What does the company do well? You can't beat the price for an ATS that does this much. I can speak to Zoho Recruit as a good solution for small companies (less than 100 people), where I'm downloading several dozen resumes a month. I have worked with the major recruiting ATS solutions in the past that are managing thousands of downloads and 100+ recruiters accessing the data at the same time, and I can't be sure how Zoho Recruit would handle that volume of activity. It's easy to look at candidates and resumes are searchable which is the biggest bonus for me. There are tons of customizable reports to use.
What does the company not do well? Zoho Recruit is really built for people who already know what an ATS is. If you are brand new to recruiting and don't really know how to work with a tracking system, you might struggle, with knowing which pieces you really want to use. From the other reviews I've read, others complain about service, but I've never had an issue when I had to email them for any question. They've been friendly and responsive.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Nothing I can think of.
