What does the company do well?
The company was good about reaching out to me to keep me up to date one who my account manager was in transition. They documented past conversations and always knew where we were at along the way. I thought that the product was a great tool and designed their product well.
What does the company not do well?
I don't remember having many options for training. It has been a couple of years since I used Caterease. They did offer conferences and tailored training to companies. I remember thinking it was pricey. I was able to find some videos on youtube and some on their website.The company that I worked at that used Caterease had high turn over and so having resources to training new employees would have been VERY helpful.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
When I started with the company, they already had Caterease. I researched other companies to see what they offered. Caterease had it all. I was very happy with Caterease.
