What does the company do well? Pulling Salesforce data into visual dashboards and retroactive reporting make for easily shareable reports that can be shared with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Management.
What does the company not do well? The naming convention is a bit confusing -- if it could follow Salesforce's naming convention I think pulling reports would be a bit easier. There's also some backend customization that you have to rely on support to help you with. Overall, it's learnable.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? The amount of data that can be reported on. We have a huge database, and the system will clog if we include it all, so we had to put parameters around what IS2 could pull and analyze.
