What does the company do well?
We find using Service Bridge to be one of the more accommodating softwares that we have used to navigate with scheduling, office and on the field with technicians. Maneuvering through all the tabs through the system are simplistic and we find that Service Bridge goes above and beyond with all of the useful YouTube videos that walk you step by step.
What does the company not do well?
Need easier directions on how to run reports

You can access the software on any device from PC to cell phone/tablets.
