What does the company do well? Quick and Amazing customer service. Responds promptly to concerns, or training issues with the tool. The Razorsync tool is always improving to work better for our technicians needs to manage the day and the customers.
What does the company not do well? The tool isn't fully customize-able to the level we need. However, I feel it is changing and updating rapidly and will soon be able to be customized to our exact needs.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I cannot think of anything currently. We have been with Razorsync about as long as they've been in business. It's been great to grow with them.
