What does the company do well?
Ease of use, power of product, fair pricing, prompt customer feedback. They quickly move to add product integrations with other tools you use. Just ask. They have a great beta program too to try out integrations.
What does the company not do well?
Hard to solve and esoteric technical problems. As the account owner I still don't get all the notifications for when things happen. I wish there was better integration with Square POS, especially with the cash out tip pools. That would be amazing. But this program works better than any other we have used and they improve it constantly.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
They are in Canada and Trump and Congress might make it more expensive to use by passing tariffs. We will still pay. No other product comes close.
