What does the company do well?
Excellent software product development originating from industry professionals. On Center Software is easy and intuitive to use. The company provides quick and competent customer service and technical support. The software flexible functional redundancy- there are several different ways to execute just about any operation. This provides ease of use to multiple generations and skill levels of operators. The software also has many quick view analytical tools, that showcase cost relationships- this helps prevent errors.
What does the company not do well?
The company switched to a an online porthole for licencing renewal and update notification. This method is less practical to administrators/operators- initially. The benefit to the new methodology is that all affirmation is centrally located and available at any time. Notices regarding software updates have not always been provided promptly. The company appears to have largely addressed this deficiency. Account representation had a high turn-over rate several years ago (growing pains?). This seems to have stabilized as well.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
We have used this software since 1996, so we like to view ourselves as fully knowledgeable. We have also assisted with beta testing and improvements on prior versions.
