What does the company do well? The software is extremely useful for my takeoffs and estimates I perform for my company. As a drywall subcontractor, we need to be very detailed in our approach to bidding jobs, which On-Screen Takeoffs allows for on many different levels. The company has also been very helpful when I have reached out for customer service inquiries and technical support.
What does the company not do well? The use of "zones" in my takeoffs used to be very hard to do, however recent updates and increased the user-friendliness of this aspect of the takeoff. At this time, I cannot say that the company does anything poorly as their software is continually updated.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I am not the purchaser for my company, so I cannot truly answer this question. If I had been the purchaser, I would have liked to know the quality of support that would be able to be provided from the customer service and technical support departments.
