What does the company do well?
Tithe.ly has a great looking product that easy to use both as an administrator and as a donor. Their customer service is outstanding; they're always quick to respond and receptive to feedback. Their pricing is very simple and competitive.
What does the company not do well?
There aren't really any major flaws I can think of. A couple of, admittedly minor, flaws would be that they are a smaller company, so it may take a while between a feature is announced and when it's released. The features are always solid though. Pricing for some add-on features, like text giving, are a bit more expensive than the competition, though it likely equals out given their lower transaction fees and lack of a monthly fee.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I wish I had known how actively their product was being developed. At the time, they were missing a few features I was looking for and waited to sign up. Had I known those very features were being developed, I would have signed up sooner, so we could have switched over sooner.
