What does the company do well? Tithe.ly is great for online giving as well as text and mobile app giving. Their platform integrates with other church management software as well to save you time and effort. Great email customer service and support.
What does the company not do well? Service is okay via phone but each time I've called I've gotten voicemail and then they call back within the day. Inconvenient but still acceptable.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? We developed our mobile app through Tithe.ly and it has been great; however, it is a bit more limited of an app than I was hoping. They changed the back-end provider/app builder mid-way through our application since Apple changed the requirements for apps and their app builder at the time did not meet the standard. The new back-end provider/app builder is not quite as nice to work in and does not have all the options. They are apparently going to be developed though so we are hopeful.
