What does the company do well? When I was able to connect with customer service, their staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
What does the company not do well? The software is not user friendly, is expensive, is not cloud based, and I frequently played phone tag for days before connecting with a customer service rep.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I had known that there were other cloud based companies available that were more affordable. I also wish I had known how difficult it would be to get help when needed. Every time there was a software update, or a network update, I was unable to use my software. It was incredibly frustrating.
