What does the company do well? InsightSquared does a great job of telling the story within the pipeline. It looks at the metrics that aren't easy to see like momentum, time in stages, coverage ratios etc. The raw pipeline data is easy to see in Salesforce. The story that hides in the details is what I wanted to see and understand. InsightSquared has been a great tool for that.
What does the company not do well? So far I haven't seen much. The navigation and report customization takes a little time to get used to, but it isn't any harder than custom report creation in Salesforce.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Not a lot. It has been an incredibly valuable investment for our company and myself as an Enterprise salesperson.
