What does the company do well? Templates are easy to modify. If you are an iPad user it works great. They allow other apps and companies to intregrate into the software well (scheduling, review apps, etc)
What does the company not do well? Customer service. They've outsourced it and it is nearly impossible to speak to someone in person. The cost is also more than other software in my industry.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? How time consuming the notes can be. It took me 20 minutes to do a New Patient note this week, compared to the 5-7 minutes it has taken me with other systems. Other systems also allow better integration of new patient paperwork electronically and better sign in capacity.
