What does the company do well? The ease of using Dr. Chrono on my desktop, iPhone and iPad is seamless. I'm able to access patient information from anywhere my office. The online scheduling feature is very helpful for me and my patients. I can manage all of the billing and patient statements easily as well. Being able to build out your own note templates is super easy. The automatic text/email reminders are also very helpful. As a solo practitioner, having these automated features is very helpful.
What does the company not do well? I only wish with online scheduling, patients were able to enter in their insurance information (company and Id #) and sex. I also wish when patients needed to cancel an appointment online, it was mandatory to provide a reason for cancelling and then sent them a follow up reminder to reschedule their missed appointment. I wish for security reasons, it was mandatory to change your password every X number of days. Their customer service used to be 110%, but I think they've outsourced it, and it is NOT the same as it used to be.
It takes me a LONG time to enter new patient notes. I wish there was a better electronic note program to use to make this process faster. The program is quite pricey, compared to other chiropractic EHR's with more seamless processes.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I feel like everything about the program was up front; I knew the features of each plan before purchasing.
