What does the company do well?
Respond fairly timely with requests for program issues
What does the company not do well?
Fix the issues. We had on a daily basis access violations and there was never a fix to this problem. We were told that we would be able to have providers doing eRX'ing for CS meds but the predicted timing was a year later than what was quoted to us. The system graphics look very antiquated and not very user friendly for providers who are not super computer-literate.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
That there would be so many issues and problems with eprescibing and documentation and being unable to take the information that we have used in Compulink and NOT being able to import that to a new EHR.
