What does the company do well? They have integrated various components of church management well. It is super convenient to be able to create a form for event registrations and payments. It is also easy for people to sign up and pay using these forms, and its even easier when these forms are connected to a database of people that can auto fill a form. This makes for good experience for our guests when we have them sign up digitally for events. Also, as a pastor, I use the "people" database feature all the time to search contact info and to communicate with small groups.
What does the company not do well? For some reason, it is slow. I've talked to other churches that use it as well and they have said the same thing. I'm not sure why this is the case, but it becomes a nuisance when you navigating through the various features.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I'm am not the one responsible for purchasing this for our organization. I am just a user within our organization. If I was, I would wish that I had known that it is slow. It would have been nice to see if other products are also slow.
