What does the company do well?
Software is simple yet there is plenty of bells and whistles you can do if you want to be more complex.
What does the company not do well?
Support is good but I wish I could call directly instead of waiting for a call back. When you need help you need help immediately. Also, we purchased the DPC with OST & QB but were unable to go through training due to our companies schedule so we wanted to wait a year so we suspended our license until we were able to go through training over a year later when we can now go through training. Now they want us to backpay for "support" for the past year that we obviously couldn't use or access which I think is terribly wrong after spending the amount of money upfront to purchase. Hopefully they fix this or I will be extremely dissapointed.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
See above comment... If they do not fix this, this is something I wish I would have known because I would never treat a paying customer that way.
