What does the company not do well? so furious with this company!! got married, went on husbands health insurance, but didn't get my new insurance card for 2 months. when i called to cancel my existing insurance with Oasis/Aetna, they won't allow me to cancel until August, 7 months from now!! have to pay for 2 insurance policies now for 7 months! tried calling twice to discuss, their answer, "sorry, you're outside of the 30 days of a significant life event."
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? that they're not helpful --too rigid
