What does the company do well? We vetted a few CRMs prior to purchasing Lexicata and it is by far the most comprehensive in its price range. This software has become an invaluable tool in our practice and has considerably improved our lead qualification process and information gathering abilities. The ability to email forms directly to our prospects has expontentially increased our response rate.
What does the company not do well? The export features could use some work but the customer care team is extremely responsive and is always willing to listen to feature suggestions.
