What does the company do well?
It's ease of use, ability to track hours and ease of seeing each of the clients, current works and billable hours. Also helps with hours tracking for client work done across multiple accounts and staff members from a management standpoint.
What does the company not do well?
None with the latest update. The interface changed with the latest update, but made it easier to use and more aesthetically pleasing.
