What does the company do well?
What they do best is help law firms develop and tailor/customize a case management system that fits their individual practice so that they can not only manage their cases more effectively and efficiently, but so that they can also track/measure leads, lead sources, case types, case fees, time on desk, project revenues and set budgets. This allows a law firm to run like a business and to offer the best client experience possible which in turn translates into increased gross revenues and client referrals – the best long term plan for a law firm’s strategic growth and development.
What does the company not do well?
They don’t communicate with and train their newest (especially less technologically savvy) clients as well as they could. Most their clients don’t have any idea what they need to include in their set-up in order to get the reports that they will need to grow their firms. Filevine should be able to coach them on what they should include. Or, they need to have a full-time consultant who can bridge the gap between the Filevine technology side and the clients who are simply trying to practice law.
