What does the company do well? Convenience! Square allows me to accept any type of payment remotely, which is crucial to the success of our nonprofit. We are able to accept payments and donations on the spot which has increased our revenue. Donors love the reliability and the convenience as well!
What does the company not do well? I dislike that if I have to enter a credit card number manually (rather than swiping, because sometimes cards fail to read correctly when swiped). Unfortunately, they started charging a bit higher fees especially with multiple users
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I would have been more informed about various expenses (such as having multiple users) as we are so dependent on it now but definitely like to shop for cheapest options
