What does the company do well? Zoho has great customer support. Like all other techy companies today, the first option for a question is the FAQ. They also have a user exchange where you may find the answer that you are looking for online. Customer service is open 7 days a week and 24 hours per day, which is extremely helpful. Of course, Zoho has a chat app.
What does the company not do well? I would like a little better training on the Deluge script. They do offer training sessions online, but it is never convenient for me.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I felt like I knew what I needed to know before purchasing. Mostly because I was able to use the free version to test it out.
