What does the company do well?
Easy to sort and filter data. Lots of features. Easy and powerful document assembly. Intuitive and easy to use--can begin using after a day of training. Lots of value for the money. Customer service. Cloud-based with unlimited storage. SaaS--we get the benefit of constant improvements and added features.
What does the company not do well?
All activities go in one "bucket" so you MUST use the sorting and filtering capabilities to find documents, tasks, messages, etc. The Activities tab does not have a visual layout so if users fail to tag or name with keywords, it is tough to find the entry again.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Our data migration was difficult. We migrated from a 20-year old platform to modern cloud software. The old platform was never set up properly or used well, so there were lots of errors which we pulled over into Merus. Merus had trouble "seeing" certain documents because of the way they were stored in the old system, so we did not get all our data.
