What does the company do well?
The Product is very easy to use yet provides a solid database for gathering and storing data needed by management to make informed decisions about the cost of maintenance in our facility. When entered properly Mpulse can provide exact costs associated with each asset
What does the company not do well?
Support is also informative and solves our issues,however, sometimes there is a delay in response time, could be the time zone differences or case load at the time. Most of the time we have a response within 2-4 hours
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
We reviewed several platforms before making our decision and have been pleased with the results so don't feel like we missed anything.
