What does the company do well? Very good at customer service. I love the chat feature because even for small updates the store they are super helpful in getting it done for you or helping you do it yourself.
What does the company not do well? Wish there were a bit more features for our store. For example, custom question that is only asked to a shopper if they have a certain item in their cart. Or the ability to email shopping carts for customers that is not the "abandoned cart email" but rather an option for users to email themselves their cart.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? How to code on my own. Though the Volusion team is super helpful.
