What does the company do well? Synthio does a great job allowing users to build lists based on a variety of filters. Filters include the basics like location/industry/company size, but the real value come from segmenting based on the technology profile of a company, users titles and departments, email address, the contacts specific location, etc. This allows you to get very specific in campaigns to those different groups.
What does the company not do well? The integration into Salesforce (specifically live dupe checking) would be beneficial. Pulling large lists and cross checking Salesforce against leads and contacts can be time consuming.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Nothing, I used Synthio (and their previous company) for many years.
