What does the company do well?
The FreeAgent product is very well designed, has all features I ever needed and great customer support with facebook group which can be very helpful. FreeAgent has great learning videos and articles, how more complicated things get done, onboarding process with free assistance is available with the option to schedule an appointment for best customer's fit. It is obvious that they do their job based on needs of their users. They also have the mobile app which is easy to use, most of the needed features are there. Great work.
What does the company not do well?
I didn't encounter any major issue so far but after I send my taxes, I will see :D FreeAgent could add "Project overview" to the mobile app to better overview of company's finances.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
I've used trial so I knew everything I needed to consider the purchase.
