Sitelio apparently acquired a previously canceled web site of mine from eHost. I cancelled it a year ago. I have emails to eHost canceling. Sitelio charged my credit card $239 + a $39 charge this year. I have about 5 times sent/forwarded them copies of the emails that showed I canceled and that eHost received such notice. They have refunded all but $16 from each charge but tell me I am cancelling late so they will not refund the full amount.I CANCELLED last year with documentation. I have emailed them about 20 times now. Now they are telling me because last year I did not email 2 different times that I am cancelling that the account was not cancelled. Stay away from eHost and Sitelio.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I did not purchase from them. They acquired an inactive web site and charged me for it.
