What does the company do well? The Product, Customer Service, Tech Support, and Pricing are all excellent. The people are always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Product is flawless and easy to use. The best thing about RMail is that it strips away the possibility of the email recipient claiming that they never received your email. From the moment the email is sent, everything is documented for you. Time and date of arrival at the destination inbox, time and date when the email was opened. Even if the recipient does not open the email, you still have verified proof that the email was received. With registered receipts delivered to your own inbox, the process could not be simpler.

There is absolutely no information about the company that either adds to nor detracts from either the quality of the product or the service(s) received. From my years of experience using RMail, the company is founded on actions, not on accolades.
