What does the company do well?
NOTE - This review is for another Symantec product, Small Business EndPoint Protection. This is a step up from Norton Security.Once installed, the software runs silently in the background, protecting the PC (Endpoint) from viruses, malware, and installable software. The administration is easy, the warnings are easily understood, and the product can be configured to either manually or automatically delete the detected threat.
What does the company not do well?
The original installation was a little quirky and took a bit to understand that the best way to install is to do the server/cloud portion first, then log in from the PC you wish to protect and have it installed on that PC.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing?
Nothing - have used Symantec for many years.NOTE - as this is for a non-profit, pricing is quite low through TechSoup.org
