What does the company do well? Very easy to use CRM system. Staff can be quickly trained on the use of this CRM tool. Works well with Outlook and GSuite. Building groups, lists, and filters are all easy to accomplish. Mass e-mails are a breeze. E-mail, phone call, and meeting histories are very easy to access. Makes writing reports easy!
What does the company not do well? Too bad the software has not fully abandoned the server based upon to become a fully cloud-based CRM tool. That would be my dream. Also, software sometimes does not have nice features like e-mail open tracking, but there are third-party tools to achieve this.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I've very happy with the company and their CRM product. I will continue to use well into the future.
