Paid support is also available now.
To provide a product such as this as true open source is quite amazing.
They will host a complete solution with their own cloud & you can retrieve your data at any time if you ever want to switch to in-house.
What does the company not do well? Not much.
There is a small difference in the way a particular modules usage is perceived worldwide, I think.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I started using SuiteCRM as soon as it was released, so this isn't relevant. The software is also a free download.
Like many, I should have turned off all of the modules to begin & then added them back individually as usage scenarios grew. For some, it can be too comprehensive.
