What does the company do well? The interface is easy to use for the most part. I think what they have really done well is the connectivity between the mobile app and desktop app. It's really easy to switch between the two which is an amazing feature. Text works great, call history works great. Has all the basics that you'd want.
What does the company not do well? The biggest issue for me is the call quality. I've used a few other VoIP dialers with the same internet, same headset, exact same situation and they have all been better in call quality and connectivity. Also, the way they organize missed calls and voicemails make them easy to accidentally miss or get lost in the mess. Also, the mobile app makes it so that receiving a call on your phone from Dialpad or any other number looks the exact same. Even after uninstalling the Dialpad app on my phone I would still always get dialpad calls.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? I wish I knew that the connectivity wasn't good. That's been the biggest issue.
