What does the company do well? Crowdskout does really well in displaying chronological behavior of individuals (online or offline) and also does well in allowing users to create charts to capture group behavior and observe patterns. I find it really fun and incredibly useful to quickly browse user interactions via Crowdskout and gain a better understanding of who our target audiences are. With little effort, Crowdskout integrates form submissions, sms, email data, and more. Creating charts to display things like email opens, sends, clicks, etc is a breeze. CS offers its own version of SQL that gives users a powerful edge in creating user segments. The staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.
What does the company not do well? I am fairly sure that a feature similar to this already on its way... But, Crowdskout could offer a segmentation tool that analyzes changes in behavior in order to answer deeper questions about how specific groups of people evolve over time. For instance, if there is a group of users that hasn't opened any emails for a period of time, and then finally they do, I would like to know which particular e-mail campaigns have caused those users to "wake up". That is a very advanced and deep question about multi-spectrum user interactions. I haven't seen any companies that offer this yet, including Adobe and Google, and I hope that Crowdskout spearheads its development.
What about the company do you wish you had known before purchasing? Nothing, they communicate well.
